Job Description

Aumplex, a leading AI platform company, seeks a UX/Front-end Engineer to create elegant and intuitive interfaces that enable developers and non-developers alike to deploy, monitor, and analyze production data for machine learning models. This critical role requires a combination of strong programming skills and a creative, user-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative new functionality across the stack.

Aumplex is specifically looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer who can help the company build and maintain user interfaces that make it easy for people to use machine learning models in production. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience principles, as well as the technical skills necessary to build and deploy complex front-end applications. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with other engineers and product managers to understand the needs of users and to develop solutions that meet those needs.

The ideal UX/Front End Software Engineer candidate will be able to:

• Design Aumplex interfaces with a user-centric approach, facilitating successful implementation, data analysis, and statistical presentation, thereby empowering users and fostering corporate success.
• Collaborate closely with high-profile clients to craft ML development interfaces that are user-friendly, empowering users and fostering innovation.
• In order to enhance operational excellence and gain a competitive edge, it is essential to establish and promote efficient protocols for performance, product reliability, security, privacy, and user experience across all applications.
• Be willing to receive mentorship and be encouraged to embrace a growth-oriented mindset to achieve a competitive advantage.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to create and deliver large-scale products that align with customer expectations and enhance competitive advantage.
• Identify and eliminate technical liabilities to enhance the quality and pace of business development to gain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end web development libraries and frameworks, such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Ability to design and develop user interfaces that are both visually appealing and easy to use.
• Ability to implement and test code.
• Ability to collaborate with other engineers and product managers.
