Job Description

Aumplex is an integrated AI development platform for enterprises.  The QA Manager plays a critical role in the success of the Aumplex product through responsibility for the testing process, developing & implementing automated test frameworks and measuring test case results. This position requires the ability to communicate with key decision-makers, including founders, key engineers, product managers, and customer success teams. You will also play a pioneering role in shaping this position from scratch, ensuring its success within a vibrant startup ecosystem.

The ideal Quality Assurance (QA) Manager candidate will be able to:

• Create and implement a testing and deployment strategy centered around customer needs, mirroring real usage patterns, with the goal of optimizing and enhancing AI platform testing.
• Aid engineers in crafting and implementing automated testing frameworks that guarantee the outstanding performance of the features and services offered by Aumplex.
• Leverage your expertise in user interface (UI) application testing to develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance (QA) strategy, with a primary focus on ensuring the seamless functionality, responsiveness, and aesthetic appeal of our company’s artificial intelligence (AI) platform, ultimately delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Manage, devise and execute rigorous testing methodologies, tools, and standardized procedures to ensure the quality of our products and services.
• Enhance product quality by scrutinizing the fundamental causes of defects and furnishing valuable insights to the team for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to seamlessly integrate testing and user feedback into the product development process.
• Flexible call responsibilities to expedite customer incident response.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher, plus at least 5 years of experience in testing framework development and implementation for enterprise services.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing principles and practices.
• Experience with a variety of testing tools and technologies, such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Expertise in creating, executing, and managing automated test suites for user interfaces, application programming interfaces, and platforms.
• Experience in Selenium, Python, JavaScript, Java, or other object-oriented programming language software development.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience with test management tools, such as Jira and Zephyr.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
