Job Description

Aumplex is seeking a leader to assemble and develop a group of machine learning specialists to support clients with their ML/AI requirements. Along with prior sales and pre-sales expertise, the ideal applicant will have a thorough understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning. In addition to helping them acquire the abilities and information required to succeed in their positions, they will be in charge of educating and advancing the capabilities of their team. To make sure that the MLSE team is in line with the general aims and objectives of the business, the Pre-sales Leader will also collaborate closely with the co-founding group, the marketing group, the products team, and the technical team. They will also be in charge of creating and putting into practice a value-centric selling strategy.

For Aumplex, this is a crucial position because the business ML/AI approach is based on Foundation Models. The Pre-sales Leader will be crucial in assisting Aumplex clients in comprehending and implementing these innovative technologies. Put more simply, Aumplex is seeking a team leader with experience in machine learning (ML) training to assist customers with their ML/AI needs. Strong technical and sales expertise will be required of the perfect applicant.

The ideal ML Solution Engineering Director candidate will be able to:

• You will provide significant professional experience and manage a team of leading machine learning systems experts with an emphasis on Aumplex.
• With the help of our machine learning engineers, build a highly effective technical sales staff that places a strong priority on value-selling tactics.
• Oversee the sales process from discovery to value proposition implementation by putting a team together.
• Arrange the demo catalog and develop a strategy for taking action for the additional assets.
• Provide clients with strategic AI guidance and, by managing the entire process, allow Aumplex to tackle difficult data science problems.
• Using the Aumplex distinct, rigorous approach to machine learning development and data labeling, you have to align the business needs of our clients and monitor results.
• As a mentor and advisor, assist your group in developing and delivering captivating presentations to prospective clients.
• Make use of a team of specialists in the field from the Aumplex platform.
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate regularly among our partners, the service, technology, business, and marketing departments to achieve the goals of your team.
• Advice on sales strategies and product flaws should be given to sales leaders, along with a clear explanation of the type of leadership required.
• Respond to complex issues with straightforward solutions while working closely with business, channel collaborators, and potential clients.
• Foster team growth through innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field: Some organizations may require a PhD.
• 7+ years of experience in machine learning (ML): This experience should include designing, implementing, and deploying ML solutions.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of ML engineers: The Director should have experience hiring, training, and developing ML engineers.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms: The Director should have experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with DevOps and MLOps practices: The Director should have experience with DevOps and MLOps practices in order to ensure that ML solutions are deployed and managed efficiently.
• Experience with specific ML frameworks and tools: The Director should have experience with specific ML frameworks and tools, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or sci-kit-learn.
• Experience with specific ML domains: The Director may have experience with specific ML domains, such as computer vision, natural language processing, or fraud detection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: The Director should be able to clearly and concisely explain complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Business acumen: The Director should have a good understanding of business principles and how ML can be used to achieve business goals.
