Job Description

Leading AI platform provider Aumplex is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join its Infrastructure team to improve developer infrastructure and offerings for user and data management throughout the stack to enable the organization and its customers to accelerate. To create and manage the infrastructure that supports the development structure and services, it needs a top-tier Staff Software Engineer. Proficiency in cloud computing, continuous integration, and delivery (CI/CD), security, and a thorough grasp of software engineering principles and practices are prerequisites for this crucial position. You will find and apply the highest leverage enhancements for the developer platform and services, such as CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, deployment, security, and authentication/authorization, in close collaboration with other engineers, researchers, and product management.

In other words, Aumplex seeks a highly qualified and experienced engineer to assist with the development and upkeep of the infrastructure supporting their developer platform and services. The ideal applicant would be well-versed in the concepts and procedures of software engineering and have knowledge of cloud computing, continuous integration and delivery, and security. Additionally, they will be competent in collaborating with other members of the team to develop, integrate, and roll out new features and enhancements.

The ideal Infrastructure Staff Software Engineer candidate will be able to:

• Role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, data management, authority, and encryption are examples of enterprise-level capabilities that assure product safety, reliability, and flexibility. These features form the foundation of the platform. It is necessary to plan, create, and maintain these features.
• It is necessary to develop and implement scalable, robust, and monitoring technological options for the system and the supporting structure in order to guarantee quality assurance and accessibility.
• Continuously integrating and deploying (CI/CD) processes must be established and managed, and best practices for ongoing enhancement must be continuously developed, in order to guarantee the instruction and dependable deployment of fresh functions and correction of bugs to deployment environments.
• Gain a thorough understanding of business clients’ product use cases, convert them into technical requirements, and provide outstanding solutions.
• Join the development staff through on-call shifts to ensure the accessibility and reliability of the finished item.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience with infrastructure systems, such as cloud computing, distributed systems, networking, storage, and security.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
