Job Description

Aumplex, a leading provider of enterprise AI solutions, is seeking a Senior UX/Front-end Engineer to join its team. As a key member of the engineering organization, you will play a critical role in crafting compelling user interfaces that empower developers and non-developers alike to deploy, monitor, and analyze production data. This high-profile position requires a strong combination of programming skills, creative thinking, and end user-centric thinking while being responsible for building, shipping, and maintaining innovative new functionality across the entire stack.

The ideal Experienced UX/Front-end Engineer candidate will be able to:

• Develop Aumplex interfaces that prioritize customer needs, facilitating streamlined deployment, data-driven decision-making, and automated information analysis.
• Collaborate with leading machine learning experts as well as clients to design user-friendly interfaces for machine learning research.
• Lead and manage optimal standards in security, performance, user experience, and product quality throughout the entire application landscape.
• Inspire and assist the stakeholders in cultivating a mindset centered on teamwork and growth.
• Create scalable products that align with client needs while engaging with diverse teams to learn, innovate, and grow.
• Proactively address and eliminate technical issues.
• Secure sustainable development processes and expedite consistent iteration of product robustness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience with designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to identify and solve complex UX/UI design and development problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to keep up with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
