The ideal Distributed Systems Architecture and Backend Software Engineer candidate will be able to:

• Establish, build, and oversee scalable backend services to facilitate efficient and effective machine learning development.
• Design interfaces that are testable and extensible, spanning internal functions like data models and storage, to streamline the creation, implementation, and maintenance processes in an efficient manner.
• Plan, construct, and manage scalable AI/ML systems, including distributed computing, data management, data analysis workflows, and front-end components, to empower AI/ML practitioners and provide value to clients.
• Collaborate with customers to establish product requirements, convert these requirements into engineering and code specifications, and ensure a competitive edge and customer contentment.
• Collaborate with zeal and a clear sense of purpose in a cross-functional environment, delivering solutions focused on customer needs to expedite business expansion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and backend engineering.
• Strong programming skills in a variety of languages, such as Java, Python, and Go.
• Experience with popular distributed systems frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Ability to design and implement backend services.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug distributed systems.
