Job Description

Aumplex is looking for extraordinary people to become a part of their own Account Development team. Through both outbound and inbound marketing and sales efforts, this team will find potential clients, nurture them, and eventually turn them into paying clients. and assist people in becoming future leaders and account executives.

The ideal Account Development Representative candidate will be able to:

  • To boost sales, high-potential prospects obtained through marketing need to be recognized and given priority. After that, use CRMs like Salesforce, Marketo, and Remarketing to make schedules with them.
  • Establish relationships with current as well as prospective clients to produce high-quality sales leads on a regular basis.
  • Use data-driven methods and technologies to systematically find and interact with quality leads.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets consistently to aid in the growth of local revenue.
  • Make use of prospects with significant growth potential by identifying and seizing them with the MEDDPICC sales qualifying process.
  • Engage in deliberate dialogue with potential clients using a systematic method to comprehend their needs and issues.
  • To attract new clients, design individualized emails, cold calls, and multi-touch strategies.
  • Generate a substantial quantity of planning in a methodical manner to meet our goals.
  • Work closely with marketing managers to identify fresh chances that will generate income.
  • By outlining the Aumplex distinct value offer to technical buyers, you have the ability to completely change the market.

  • Acknowledge and address client issues in a proactive manner.
  • Effectively manage a substantial portfolio of target accounts.
  • Gain a deep comprehension of a range of individuals, sectors, and objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales skills and knowledge of the sales process.
  • Product knowledge of the products or services being sold.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Industry knowledge: ADRs who work in a specific industry may have experience with the unique challenges and opportunities of that industry.
  • Account management skills: ADRs who work with enterprise accounts may have experience managing complex sales cycles and relationships.
  • Technical skills: ADRs who sell technical products or services may have experience with those products or services, as well as with the technical needs of their customers.
