Job Description

Aumplex AI is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and delivery of AI solutions that empower customers to achieve their business goals. As the ML Practice Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of world-class machine learning engineers, collaborating with customers to translate their business needs into actionable data solutions, and driving the overall success of Aumplex’s AI applications. This role demands a rare blend of technical acumen, business acumen, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Scop project requirements and create detailed project work plans
• Set realistic expectations for the team’s performance and maintain a keen focus on delivering measurable and impactful business outcomes
• As the ML Practice Lead, you will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a team of top-notch machine learning engineers. You will provide them with the guidance and support they need to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Shape the data science practice, foster innovation, and drive growth in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning solutions that meet the specific needs of Aumplex’s customers, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and customization to achieve their business goals.
• Sustain Aumplex’s industry leadership by remaining abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, and incorporating this knowledge into the company’s products and services.
• Systematically track the performance of implemented solutions, proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their needs and aligning Aumplex’s machine learning solutions to address their specific requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled data scientists, cultivating a collaborative, innovative, and continuously learning environment.
• Partner closely with the research and product teams to exchange ideas, insights, and knowledge, ensuring the smooth integration of new developments into our solutions.
• Develop offerings, solutions, and capabilities that distinguish Aumplex’s position in the market.
• Serve as an Aumplex ambassador at industry conferences, events, and webinars, disseminating expertise and insights on data science, machine learning, and the company’s innovative solutions.
• Partner with product and field leaders to develop and implement the product roadmap, ensuring that team deliverables are aligned with strategic priorities.
• Build, lead, and grow high-performing teams and processes, and champion their adoption throughout the organization.
